I can see how your advice is something I kinda knew but needed that extra push to really see the light & act on it, & it probably will be the difference between making progress or not. You also shine light on really the cause of the pattern & how much I’m involved (automatically but should be more so deliberately). Being able to hear all your valuable advice again on the recording is really a great gift! I’m gonna listen over & over–I even copied that part of the show to a tape to listen to in my car & really program myself.
