I’ve been working on interpreting Kurt’s Astrology Chart, delving into the mystery as to what was really behind his suicide — if in fact, it was, one. It’s definitely a bizarre chart, full of hope, promise and even offers insight into his seemingly, unavoidable crash-and-burn.

Kurt never was one to burn out OR fade away. Instead, he chose to go out like the wild human Supernova he truly was. Still, his fiery ghostlight echoes, reaching the furthermost edges of our Messyverse — reminding the most distant of aliens, that once upon a time, there lived a beautiful yellow giant star named Kurt. May his light always shine for eyes to see, even when those eyes are blind with tears.

Well, the verbal tirade Bale launched on the set of his latest film, (The Terminator: Salvation) was one for the books!

After checking out Bale’s Astrology Chart, it became apparent to me (as a professional Astrologer), that his violent verbal abuse happened when Mars conjuncted his Venus in the last intense degrees of hard-core Capricorn. Astrologically speaking, it was obvious to me that Bale felt morally superior, as a look at his chart shows a hardcore perfectionist who has no time for those who disregard his work.

It didn’t help that the Moon had just entered the martial sign of Aries, making an Opposition to Bale’s Pluto in Libra, an aspect that had him make some extremely hateful statements. Still, close to the end of the tirade, Bale stated that he thought the assistant was “a nice guy”, trying to show that he was not personally mad at him, but professionally disgusted with the crew member’s lackadaisical attitude toward screwing up the film scene.

Although Bale’s time of birth is unknown (making an accurate horoscope for him difficult), I’m suggesting that Bale has a Scorpio Ascendant, which would put transiting Venus in Aries in his 6th House of Work, where he happened to be when he had his emotional blowout.

If Bale indeed has Scorpio Rising, it would do much to explain how he is able to transform his body so drastically in his films (check out The Machinist to witness what I’m talking about!) And just look at Bale’s wildly successful portrayal of Batman, which is deeply steeped in Scorpionic symbolism — a secretive man with great intelligence, spies on criminals and kills them, all the while donned as a bat, famed blood-sucking creature of the night

In addition, having a Scorpio Ascendant, would indicate that Bale must have had a very negative effect as a result of the last New Moon (A Solar Eclipse), which would have occurred in his 4th House, which rules the Home and Family. This Solar Eclipse Conjuncted Bale’s Sun in Aquarius, and Trined his Pluto in Libra exactly at 6 Degrees, and I’m assuming it occurred in his 12th House, the home of Karma and self-undoing. No kidding.

And it’s not over yet — as Bale also needs to be careful on this upcoming February 9th, when the upcoming Full Moon in Leo happens in his 10th House, the place of Career, Reputation and Fame. Needless to say, as the stars “cast their shadows” before they make their aspects, a measure of damage has already been done to his career.

Warning Signs: Bale showed signs of anger issues, back on July 20th, 2008, when he apparently lashed out at his mother and sister (family, which is ruled by the Sign of Cancer). On July 22nd, the day the Sun entered Leo, ruling his 10th House, he was arrested for the incident which occurred 2 days earlier. Interesting to note the effect of the Eclipses in Bale’s chart; 28 days after he was arrested, there was a Solar Eclipse in Leo (again happening in Bale’s 10th House of Fame).

Now, almost 6 months to the day, Bale once again makes headlines with another hateful outburst. Astrology has proven that the effects of an eclipse can last up to 6 months — I rest my case. And for those who doubt, you might want to research the effect eclipses had on the sinking of the Titanic.

Anyway, long story short, I think it’s important to note that Bale’s outburst was set off by a sense of someone’s disregard for the hard work he puts into his roles. Clearly, it’s time for a little Healing Candle Ritual for Mr. Bale. I hope he can learn to channel more of his rage into his characters, rather than toward those who clearly don’t possess the good luck to have achieved such great success, so early in life. Have a heart Christian — and in the meantime, call me for a Psychic Reading while you’re at it.

I, for one, blame good ole’ Mercury Retrograde in Aquarius, which is ruled by Uranus, considered to be the Higher Octave of Mercury, Lord of Communication (amongst other things).

Well, what can you do? After listening to Obama’s golden-tongued speeches for a couple of years now, I was really annoyed to have the wonder of his normally flawless oratorio smudged by the senseless flubs fed to him by Chief John Roberts.

Psychic Flash: As I was preparing dinner (a wonderful raw, vegan salad), I suddenly flashed on the idea of Obama re-taking the Inauguration Oath, which I thought was pretty crazy. Imagine my surprise when I saw that Obama had INDEED re-taken the Oath in private, at the White House!

I’m sure there are those of my readers who wonder how I can possibly continue to be amazed when I get Psychic Flashes like this, but I do. I hope I never lose the capacity to get a thrill when my Psychic ability proves to be correct, yet once again.

Anyway, now that I’m fast becoming known as The Presidential Psychic, I’ll be regularly posting more interesting Psychic Flashes regarding Obama, as they come to me.

For starters, the planet Saturn rules the bones, skull, teeth, and interestingly enough, the Ajna and Muladara Chakras (the 3rd Eye and Groin chakras, respectively).

The Zodiac Sign Virgo rules the intestines, nutrition, skin (via its planetary ruler Mercury), and the Svadisthana Chakra (the abdomen).

With these ideas in mind, it might be a good time to use the discipline (Saturn) to do something constructive (Virgo), such as get a medical checkup, or go to the dentist, and start taking better care of yourself.  To that end, I thought I’d share a story with you about how I recently paid homage to the ancient Greek Goddess, Hygeia, the patron of health and hygiene.

I decided to take my own advice (always a good idea when you’re psychic), and finally sought out someone I could trust with my health.  I started by going to Dr. William Dorfman (of Extreme Makeover fame).  My old friend Michael Thurmond (the trainer from EM), had suggested I give Dorfman a call, which I reluctantly did.

Nothing could have prepared me for the positive experience that unfolded as a result.  Of course, having the Moon in Capricorn crossing over my Ascendant must have helped.   I was scheduled to have an appointment with one of Dr. Dorfman’s dental hygienists and started getting nervous.

When I finally arrived at the office, I was pleasantly surprised by the cheerful and amazingly professional staff.  Of course, Dr. Dorfman was kind, and very informative — mapping out a course of care that would have me feeling and looking great in no time.  I was scheduled to return the next day.

When I returned for my follow-up appointment, I was introduced to a lovely lady named Iris.  I decided to unleash all my phobias and concerns, and found Iris looking directly at me with what I noticed were her piercing violet-grey eyes.  I could tell she realized she was dealing with someone who was overly sensitive (aren’t all psychics?)  Anyway, it didn’t take long for us to create a good rapport, for which I was grateful.

Working on physical bodies has to be a very difficult job, but still I really believe that a good doctor or healer is able to convey a sense of real concern, and make the patient feel as positive and comfortable as possible.  To that end, somewhere in between the chiseling and the nitrous oxide, Iris and I bonded big-time.  The nice thing was that we still had that rapport even after the nitrous wore off.  I had made a new friend.  Strangely enough, it turned out that I even knew of her son, and we shared a few other acquaintances as well.

It just goes to show what positive experiences can unfold from even such a tough planetary placement as Saturn in Virgo.  With this combination, doing one’s duty, taking care of business (including one’s health), can bring a sense of accomplishment and emotional satisfaction.

I suggest tuning in to your worst fears and addressing them consciously.  Then, just like that other famous goddess Nike, (the Greek Goddess of Victory) said — “Just do it!”

And of course, if you have the same fear of dentists that I have (as well as so many others), you need look no further than Dr. Dorfman’s office; and once there, make sure to schedule your nitrous session with Iris, for the love of your pearly whites.  Thanks Iris!

Today is the 50th birthday of one of my favorite artists, Kate Bush. She found fame as a teenager with her first hit, “Wuthering Heights“, in 1978 (despite never having read it at the time!) Kate’s music is a favorite backdrop for many of my pagan friends as well.

The photo I’m using for this post is one of my favorites of Kate, taken from the cover of one of her earliest biographies. I’ll be adding more links to this post soon. Until then, Happy Birthday Kate, and many happy returns.

The twins were born around 10:00 pm, in Nice, France at a local hospital. I have posted their Astrology charts (based upon their approximate birth times) View the Golden Twins Astrocharts here. What I can tell you already is that these lucky babes were born with a remarkable Grand Water Trine (18-20 Degrees of Uranus in Pisces, Moon in Scorpio and the Sun in Cancer. Simply put — wow! They will want for nothing in their lives.

Needless to say, two children have never been born with as much potential for beauty, fame and wealth since the days of ancient Egypt. Before their birth, the twins were even officially recognized by the French Government as honorable citizens of Nice, France where they were born.

For now, I’d like to send love, health and continued blessings to Angelina, Brad and their entire family.

Chinese Astrology & 777: According to Chinese Astrology, the current Year of the Golden Pig is considered an especially fortuitous time to have children, just as 2006 (the Year of the Rooster) was considered a lucky time to get married.

Astrological Aspects for 7-7-07: Despite all the hoopla surrounding various celebrities (such as Eva Longoria) taking the marital plunge today, I sincerely believe today is NOT a good day to get married, nor take any major risks of any kind. Here are a few Astrological reasons that will explain why I feel this way.

Marrying During Mercury Retrograde: Trust me — don’t do it! There is not a celebrity marriage still around that was begun during this nasty aspect. Many marriages that took place during this aspect are long-gone. The only one that’s still managing to keep going is the marriage of Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale (which I doubt will last in the long-run.)

In fact, even announcing your engagement is a bad idea during this aspect (hear that Nelly Furtado?) Anyway, it’s not my wish to disparage anyone’s happiness, far from it. I just wish people would pay more attention to the flow of celestial energies. It would make life so much better for everyone concerned.

There are a great number of people who are unaware that Yeats was not only a long-time member of The Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn, but he was also the Head of the Order for a time.

For a time, during my teenage years, I was a huge fan of Yeats — even before I knew he was a ritual Magician. Of course, those familiar with the life of Aleister Crowley no doubt are aware that Yeats and Crowley were not on the best of terms. Crowley joined the same G.’.D.’. Lodge as Yeats in 1898, much to the chagrin of many of the members of the Isis-Urania Temple in London.

All mysticism aside, Yeats was a gifted and very spiritually-oriented poet, who at one time was the Poet Laureate of Ireland, won the Nobel Prize Laureate in Literature in 1923. Yeats is known as the greatest Irish lyric poet of all time, and is regarded by many as the greatest poet of the 20th Century (although my personal vote goes to the late, great Ted Hughes, former husband of the ever more late Sylvia Plath, but i digress).

There are quite a few books written about the magickal poetry and symbolism of Yeats, which are worth checking out (I’ll have to go through my library and post some of the better titles).

On this day, I urge all my magickal friends to take a moment to read through some of the poems left behind by the hermetic Mage. I’m sure you will find much to enjoy in the inspired words and visions he so carefully left behind. Happy birthday Mr. Yeats.

Kevorkian administered poison to Youk in 1998, after his request for assistance in ending his life voluntarily, due to the pain and suffering he experienced as a result of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), also known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease. This illness is untreatable, and eventually leads to a horrible, prolonged and painful death, which Youk was desperate to avoid.

Kevorkian usually assisted others in their deaths by using hand-made machines which he named Thanatron (death machine), and the Mercitron (mercy machine). These machines administered lethal doses of poisons to patients who voluntarily switched on the machine which would begin the process of their own suicides. However, due to Youk’s paralysis, he was unable to move, thus Kevorkian personally injected him, legally turning the operation into a homicide, in the eyes of the law.

To make matters worse, Kevorkian videotaped Youk’s death, and had it broadcast on the program, 60 Minutes, in a badly calculated move to draw attention to his cause for voluntarily euthanasia — Mercy Killing of the sufferer by their own hand.

In the end, Kevorkian paid a heavy price for his beliefs and actions, and although I understand why he was convicted, it’s my opinion that he only acted in accordance with the requests of people who were dying, and reached out for peace in the only way they felt they could.

Even my own mother, a very loving and spiritual person, sought out his services when she was terminally ill. She told me that she believed in Kevorkian’s work, and sensed he was a good man with a difficult mission. Hearing those words from someone who understood the consequences had a huge impact on me regarding this dark grey area of medical practice.

In light of that, I welcome Dr. Kevorkian back into the “free” world, and wish him health, happiness and peace of mind. My mom says, hi.

At the time of his passing, I had only heard tales of his music and live performances from friends and clients. Oddly enough, time and again I went to record stores and wound up holding his CD in my hands, studying the covers — staring into his face. Still, each time I left the store without purchasing his music.

Once, after giving a Psychic Reading to Maynard James Keenan (the vocalist for the magickal music group Tool), he told me he was going to see Jeff play at the Troubador. I wanted to go, but for some reason, didn’t — much to my lasting regret.

Buckley Virgin: On June 4, 1997 I was at a KROQ concert with Nancy Berry (the former Vice-Chairman of Virgin Records) and several of her friends. A friend of Nancy’s, a singer named Christopher Shinn, offered to give me a ride to an after party at the Chateau Marmont, which I accepted.

On the drive back, Chris told me his favorite singer was Jeff Buckley. I felt at that point the Universe was definitely conspiring to get me to buy Buckley’s CD, and made a mental note to get it immediately, after Chris continued raving about it. In the car, Chris put on Jeff’s debut album, Grace, and played the track So Real. By the end of the song I was in tears, completely blown away by the sheer beauty of not only the music, but the power and sincerity of Jeff’s mighty, angelic voice. After the song was over, Chris said, “Yeah, it’s a real shame he’s gone.”

I couldn’t believe my ears. When I asked Chris what he meant, he explained that Jeff had mysteriously “disappeared”, and no one had seen him since he went swimming on the night of May 29th, (1997). I was devastated twice that night.

The next day I went out and bought a copy of Grace, and played nothing else (except for a little Satchel and Pigeonhed) for months. His music is that good.

Getting back to my story, 6 days after I first heard Jeff’s music, his lifeless body was found, floating on the banks of the Mississippi River, near Beale Street. The music world went into a period of mourning. Anybody who was familiar with his music was absolutely devastated by the news. The legend of Jeff Buckley was born.

There is much left to my story, but I’ll post the amazing details on my Magickal Forum as soon as I can.

Paris’ Astrological Chart shows a stellium of planets in Libra, the Sign of Justice and Balance. Paris may feel bad for herself, but she needs to remember that to many young people she’s a role model (as unfortunate as that may be for everyone concerned!) In this case, with Saturn in Libra, Paris should have realized that the Karmic element of Saturn would have to reign her in sooner or later.

Quite frankly, with her Jupiter conjuncting her Saturn in Libra at the exact degree, I’m convinced that she’s done a lot worse things that she hasn’t gotten prosecuted for! Also, Paris has Pluto in Libra as well, which shows when Karma comes a-calling, there’s going to be Hell to pay. With Saturn and Pluto in her 10th House of Fame, Paris facing jail time will be one of the most important chapters of her life.

Hopefully, Kathy will contact me sometime so I can help straighten out Paris before it’s too late; however, a part of me feels the inmates at the jail she’s going to will teach her a more frightening lesson than I ever could. Larry Birkhead as Father: 7 of Swords, The Hermit, and Lust; This indicates that Larry was not the only person that Anna Nicole was having sex with. There is only the tiniest possibility that he’s not the father.

Howard K. Stern as Father: Ace of Swords, 4 of Cups, 2 of Disks; This indicates that Howard tried to switch baby blood specimens to try to prove himself as the biological father, but there was too much scrutiny, and he abandoned those plans. 4 of Cups says he is not the biological father of Anna Nicole’s baby.

Any 3rd Party: The Magus, 5 of Cups, Ace of Cups; Since it shows that Anna Nicole was not faithful to Larry Birkhead, the baby does have a tiny percentage to not be his … but it’s highly doubtful that anyone else got her pregnant. It certainly looks like Larry’s the father!

End Result: 2 of Disks, in Larry Birkhead’s favor.

Prediction: Larry Birkhead will be named the biological father of Anna Nicole Smith’s baby.

What the Future Holds for Larry & Dannielynn: This baby will bring fortune, but not good luck to whomever she is given. She was conceived during Mercury Retrograde, and her birth has brought a great deal of devastation to whomever she’s had contact with. It’s very sad.

I hope her story turns out better than it started, but I don’t feel very positive about a happy ending for the child of Anna Nicole Smith.

The album, slated for a June 2007 release, is Manson’s newest musical sacrifice and contains songs with such titles as: If I Was Your Vampire, Just A Car Crash Away, The Red Carpet Grave, You, Me and the Devil Makes 3, and Putting Holes in Happiness, with the last song being the first single planned for release.

Manson’s Abysmal Year: Marilyn claims that 2006 was one of the worst years of his life. The singer opened his dark heart, admitting:

“Halfway through last year I was in such a black hole of depression,” he says. “I couldn’t make anything, I couldn’t do anything. I lost hope.”

Between Manson’s marital break-up with burlesque queen, Dita Von Teese, and his mother being diagnosed with mental illness, he was left emotionally drained.

Little Pax Thien Jolie, was born in November, 2003. Of course, everybody is familiar with Angelina’s habit of giving her children unusual names, and Pax is no exception.

Pax Thien translates to “Peaceful Sky”, and is a combination of Latin (“Pax”, which means “Peace”) and Vietnamese (“Thien”, which means “Sky”).

I discovered that Pax’s original birth name was Pham Quang Sang, which means “Bright Brilliance”. Either way, these are wonderful names for a very lucky little boy.

I’d like to congratulate Angelina on the newest addition to her growing, international brood. I’m sure Maddox will be happy to have a brother to play soccer with!

It would be interesting to find out from a reliable source just which Voodoo tradition Angelina is interested in, as she is purportedly currently studying with a Voudoun Priestess. I can only hope Angie is being guided faithfully by a true Initiate.

The Voudoun Religion: Largely unknown to the general public, there are several traditions of Voodoo to choose from. Santeria is the most commonly known, although there are the additional Voodoo practices of Palo Mayombe or Macumba, the latter of which are most closely descended from the ancient religion of Nigeria.

It hardly surprises me that Angelina would become interested in such a primal, ancient religion. After all, Angelina has several planets in the zodiac sign of Aries (ruled by the planet Mars), which makes her open-minded about experiencing all manner of intriguing philosophies, as well as the performance of spiritual practices which are considered untraditional by the general American public.

Angelina the Pioneer: Although Angelina was born a Gemini, she has the Moon, Mars, and Jupiter all conjunct in the sign of Aries, the Ram. Aries is ruled by the planet Mars, which in turn rules the blood (See Liber 777, by Aleister Crowley). The connection between blood and Voodoo is no small detail, as the blood sacrifice of various animals is an integral part of the Voudoun religion.

Now, before you get it all twisted, the practice of Voodoo is an ancient practice, and is in essence, a Pagan religion. As such, blood sacrifice in this context is not to be considered evil, nor demonic.*

Seeking Spiritual Solace: Since Angelina’s mother, Marcheline Bertrand, recently passed away — it would be easy to see why Angie would seek to explore the Voudoun religion, as it offers a chance to commune with the spirits of the dead in a more palpable way than almost any other faith. I hope that Angie will receive some healing through her whatever religion brings her peace of mind.

I’m looking forward to hearing Bjork’s new album. My psychic vibe is that she’s finally satisfied with proving herself as a serious artist, and is ready to get back to packing the dance floor again.

I’m sure Bjork got sick of listening to the likes of the current pretenders to her dance music throne, and has decided to give ‘em all a run for their money. That’s good news for our ears, but bad news for Beyonce, Madonna, Gwen and Britney.

It will be great to have a new Bjork CD to listen to while working out at the gym. More news on this as it develops.

When he asked Britney to describe her own possible future downfall, she made a startling psychic prediction of her own:

Britney’s Prediction of Her Future Downfall: ”First, the worst thing that could happen is if my boyfriend would break up with me. And then, I went back to working at my granny’s deli — back to rolling quarters and boiling crawfish and smelling like fish on my dates.”

Voxx Comment: Thus, spaketh Britney. I couldn’t have predicted it any better myself, sad to say. Here’s hoping there’s a better ending to Brit’s current story, but frankly — after checking out of rehab twice in one week, (after less than a 24-hour stay in each facility) does not bode well for the former pop princess.

According to various news reports, Britney reportedly entered rehab somewhere out of the country, but released herself from treatment, and flew back home to Los Angeles — all within the space of the last 72 hours.

Once back in Los Angeles, Britney visited a tattoo shop located in Sherman Oaks, and reportedly requested to be inked with a design of a woman’s pink and red lips on her wrist.

A witness to the entire event, Emily Wynn-Hughes, gave an interview to a local correspondent from ABC News. She gave details regarding Britney’s emotional state, and a host of other information (the entire video can be seen on YouTube).

According to ABC News, Spears requested that the tattoo shop be opened up privately for her. Pictures show Britney entering the tattoo parlor wearing a grey hooded sweat jacket, with a Star of David necklace hanging around her neck (apparently, the one given to her by ex-boyfriend Isaac Cohen).

Once inside the shop, photos were taken of Britney as she shaved her own head, while muttering to herself. Ms. Wynn-Hughes stated that Spears seemed “disturbed, scatter-brained and distraught.” She also said that Britney said she was, “tired of people touching her,” and that’s why she “wanted to get rid of her hair.”

The photos of Britney shaving her own head are absolutely shocking, and actually quite disturbing. There are other photos of Britney taken after she was done shaving her hair off, reclining on a padded table, possibly getting either more tattoos or additional piercings — at this point, who knows?

No one could honestly be expected to keep such news quiet for long, and soon the sidewalk in front of the shop was crowded with paparazzi, fans, and curious bystanders.

Shortly thereafter, rumors began surfacing on the web that Britney was admitted briefly and released from Cedar-Sinai Medical Center, but there were no details given. (A blogger who happens to be related to a male nurse who works at CSMC sent a text message to the blogger with the not-so-shocking news.) To top it off, Britney was admitted to Cedar-Sinai wearing a dark wig. Seriously, this girl can’t make up her mind, providing she still has one left!

According to an eyewitness of Spears’ admittance at CSMC, she was acting like she wasn’t “there”. She had been brought for medical attention by a concerned friend. At least Britney has at least one left!

It just keeps getting worse for Britney Spears … will NO ONE step up to the plate and save this poor girl before she winds up like Anna Nicole Smith?

Similarities Between Anna Nicole & Britney: By the way, Anna Nicole was a Sagittarius just like Britney, born with planets that catapulted her into a life that she will ill-equipped to deal with emotionally. Imbolc, literally means,”in the belly” (of the Mother), for the seeds that are planted at the Winter Solstice are beginning to grow.

Symbolism of Imbolc: This is a time for ritual purification, and is a major Fire Festival (one of 4 celebrated by the ancient Celts). Sacred fires marked this holiday, in honor of the Maiden, Brigid (also known as Brigit) who symbolized the fire of healing and birth. In essence, this holiday celebrates the beginning return of the sun.

Although this is a season of coldness and rain, the sun is actually closest to earth at this time, even though we do not feel its warmth. It is at this time that we bring light into our lives.

Symbolism of Candlemass: Known as the “Festival of Lights”, at this time, we prepare light so that the goddess Brigid may find her way out of the darkness and return to us. In pagan lore, this is the time where Brigid (the Celtic Fire Goddess) acts as midwife to Spring, and this is the beginning of that season. Brigid is the triple goddess of poetry, smithcraft, and medicine.

Myths of the Goddess Brigid: The daughter of Spring is born of the White Goddess after her sexual union with the Horned God last Beltane. Under another name, Branwen, the virgin fertility goddess is invoked at this time.

It is also customary to weave “Brigid’s Cross” from straw and hang it upon the hearth. This is made in the shape of a wheel and during a sabbat, it is rolled down a hill while burning. At this time, a Witch attempts to understand the direction his or her life is taking. The Oak King rules.

Brigit as Bride: In Ireland, the Candlemass holiday is celebrated as the Feast Day of Brigid of the Candles (also known as “Bridget of Kildare”, the Celtic goddess of fire, the hearth, smithy, fields, poetry, and childbirth.)

In this form, Brigit gives blessings to women who are about to marry. In fact, the very word “bride” comes from women who wish to honor Brigid on their wedding day! At her shrine, (the ancient Irish capitol of Kildare), a group of 9 priestesses kept a perpetual flame burning in her honor. She was considered a goddess of fire, patroness of smithcraft, poetry and healing (especially the healing touch of midwifery). This triad symbolism was occasionally expressed by saying that Brigit had two sisters, also named Brigit.

Imbolc Traditions: The wood of the rowan (also known as “Witch Tree”), placed over the door to protect against evil. If you’d like to call upon the Moon Goddess, simply light a candle in a branch of rowan. Magic wands for special purposes are made of rowan wood. In fact, a forked length of this magickal wood in the right hands has divination properties.

Traditional Celebrations: Brigid’s holiday was celebrated by kindling the Sacred Flame. She symbolized the fire of healing, the forge, and poetic inspiration. Bonfires were lighted on the tops of mountains or tors.

Altar decorations include bright colored flowers, preferably yellow, and green, although other sources mention the colors white and blue. The Altar cloth should be yellow or red. Prepare Goddess incense. Initiations are usually performed at this time.

Brigid and the Catholic Church: So faithful to the goddess Brigid were the new Christians, they refused to stop worshipping her on the holiday known as “Brigatia”. This lead Pope Serguis I (687-701 AD), to proclaim Brigid’s sainthood. Thus, Brigid became St. Brigit, the patron saint of smithcraft, poetry, and healing.

They explained this odd coincidence by creating the myth that Brigit was ‘actually’ an early Christian missionary sent to the Emerald Isle, who performed miracles which accidentally ‘misled’ the common people into believing she was a goddess. The Pope renamed Brigid’s holiday as “The Feast of the Purification of the Blessed Virgin Mary”.

Robert Anton Wilson left his earthly vehicle for a late-model astral body, leaving the chaotic shores of Gaia for possibly the last time at 4:50 am (PST), on Thursday, January 11, 2007, with the Moon at 29 Degrees Libra.

According to a news source, Robert had been in ill health for the past several years. He suffered from the effects of post-polio syndrome which had severely damaged his legs and weakened his body. After a serious fall in June 2006, Robert was unable to walk, and confined to bed. Many of his closest family, friends and fans rallied around the author during his last several months to support him emotionally and even financially, for which Wilson was truly grateful.

Wilson, or RAW as he was popularly known, was a prolific author, penning a wide range of fascinating work during his long, and eventful life. Among his works left behind, are novels and essays.

In addition to being a celebrated author, he was also a philosopher, psychologist, futurist, anarchist, and conspiracy theorist.

I had the personal good fortune to meet Robert several times over the last several years. Here I go, taking an acid trip down memory lane …

My Personal Remembrance: I was privileged to have met Robert in 1988 with his late wife Arlin at the home of respected author and occultist Laura Jennings and her husband Peter Yorke, when they lived in West Los Angeles.

I met him again several times after that, once most notably at one of his lectures on Sex Magick, which was held in a Masonic Lodge in Culver City. It was standing-room only, as he blew the lid off the Sex Magick Secrets of the O.T.O., citing particular passages from one of Aleister Crowley’s masterpieces, Liber 333, also known as The Book of Lies, (Falsely So Called). I can still hear him reading aloud from Chapter 69, The Way to Succeed, and the Way to Suck Eggs!

Speaking of Crowley, Robert was one of the few people with the intelligence to see behind the veil of the Great Beast’s writings. He expounded Crowley’s views with brilliance and flair — not to mention a great deal of humor. What a wonderfully outrageous man he was. He always had a sparkle in his eye and a the hint of laughter in his voice.

Robert, you will be greatly missed down here on Earth. We can only hope that wherever you are, you’ll continue to kick our asses down here, and wake us up to all that we can truly be.

Although there are many who believe Manson will be shocked by Dita’s divorce filing, I’m sure he’s known about it much earlier — no doubt through his use of the Marilyn Manson Tarot deck.

Dita told friends that she couldn’t get in touch with him, and he wouldn’t even make an effort to communicate with her. To get his attention she decided to slap him with divorce papers while he was busy recording tracks for his latest album, hoping he would finally notice her. Of course, if she had really wanted to talk to him, all she had to do was use a Ouija Board, silly girl!

Anyway, Manson was reportedly served with legal papers on January 5th, (his 38th birthday), although rumor has it that Dita filed them closer to Christmas, yet another reason for Manson to be pissed off at Jesus! LOL (Call me old-fashioned, but methinks after marrying a Pagan like MM, it would have made more sense to file the papers on the Winter Solstice!)

Sources close to the soon-to-be, former Mrs. MM, stated that she had cited “irreconcilable differences” as the cause of the couple’s sudden break-up — but just what does that mean to someone who willingly marries an avowed, hard-core Satanist? We can only wonder about a guy who can ignore a hottie like Ms. Von Teese. Yet, she steadfastly maintains that Manson had become unresponsive during their short-lived marriage.

Dita has stated to friends that, “She loved him so much, but he has too many demons.” Uh, yeah. Dita, that’s pretty much what Satanists enjoy — having lots of “demons”. Duh. Dita also alleges that Manson had been drinking heavily for the past year. Again, this is supposed to come as a surprise?

Let me see if I have the facts straight: Girl marries a well-known Satanist; becomes shocked that he has horrible vices; is bewildered by her husband’s “demons”. Hmm. I’m starting to think the only person here who has a problem is Dita. Wake up girlfriend! It’s not like you didn’t see any “signs” that trouble might lie ahead for your marriage. Still, I’m sorry to see the anyone suffer through a break-up, but all things considered these two probably won’t be lonely for too long.

I think the biggest concern now will be who gets custody of the couple’s “children” — their two cats Lily and Aleister (named after the Great Beast 666), and their two dogs, Greta and Eva (named after the popular “Housewives” star, no doubt).

Below is a list of what I think went wrong with the Mansons’ “marriage made in Hell”. I hope that it helps others from making the same mistakes that befell our tragic Lovers.

How to Avoid a Marriage Made in Hell

1) Don’t marry a Satanist and then complain they have “demons”.

2) Don’t wear a purple wedding gown;

3) Don’t let a cult film director perform the ceremony;

4) Don’t get married in a haunted castle; (link )

5) Don’t get married during a Waning Moon.

6) Don’t get married while the Planet Mercury is retrograde — especially TWICE!

7) Don’t get married to someone who wears more make-up than you do.

Don’t get married to someone who names a pet after the Great Beast of Revelations. Especially, when the pet is a small dachsund.

9) Don’t get married to someone who collects the art of a serial rapist/murder.

10) Oh, yeah, and don’t get married to anyone named Marilyn Manson.
