Tonight is the Full Moon in Sagittarius at 10:12 Degrees. The second Full Moon within the same month is called a Blue Moon, hence the term, “once in a Blue Moon”, as this event happens infrequently.

The Full Moon in Sagittarius is good for anything to do with Astrological 9th House concerns, such as Publishing, Travel, Communication, Higher Learning, Astral Travel, etc.

Magickal Note: I wound up doing my Full Moon ritual in Larchmont with my magickal partner. We stood near the reflection of the Moon in a clear pool of water with the rays coming down.

Whenever I do a Moon Ritual, I always use my Black Scrying Mirror to capture the lunar light, building the charge so I can use the magickal charge in my Scrying work, whenever I want to converse with Spirits, Angels or other spiritual beings.

By the way, tonight’s Full Moon was supposed to be the biggest and brightest of the entire year, as the Moon was quite close to the Earth. Anyway, I’ll post some more info on Scrying Mirrors soon. It was only a matter of time before Karma caught up with the ubiquitous Paris Hilton. Several celebrities are currently facing or serving time behind bars where they will no doubt have time to dwell on the foolish actions that brought down the hammer of Justice down on their heads.

Paris’ Astrological Chart shows a stellium of planets in Libra, the Sign of Justice and Balance. Paris may feel bad for herself, but she needs to remember that to many young people she’s a role model (as unfortunate as that may be for everyone concerned!) In this case, with Saturn in Libra, Paris should have realized that the Karmic element of Saturn would have to reign her in sooner or later.

Quite frankly, with her Jupiter conjuncting her Saturn in Libra at the exact degree, I’m convinced that she’s done a lot worse things that she hasn’t gotten prosecuted for! Also, Paris has Pluto in Libra as well, which shows when Karma comes a-calling, there’s going to be Hell to pay. With Saturn and Pluto in her 10th House of Fame, Paris facing jail time will be one of the most important chapters of her life.

Hopefully, Kathy will contact me sometime so I can help straighten out Paris before it’s too late; however, a part of me feels the inmates at the jail she’s going to will teach her a more frightening lesson than I ever could. Today is Beltane, one of the Witches’ Sabbaths which marks the last of the three Spring fertility festivals. It is the second Sabbath of the New Year, coming between the Vernal Equinox (Ostara), and the Summer Solstice (Mid-Summer). Beltane is equated with the arrival of Summer since ancient times.

The Sabbath of Beltane (also known as May Eve), is also known in Germany as Walpurgisnacht, (which translates as the “Night of Walpurgis”). In the lore of Witchcraft (before it was renamed “Wicca”), and was often depicted as the night when all the witches and their familiars rode their brooms through the sky.

Interestingly, Beltane happens today on the near-full Moon in Scorpio, which adds just the right amount of spiritual lunar energy to the holiday. Interesting how the Pagans chose the Astrological placement for this holiday, as the Moon in Scorpio relates to Sex, Death and Rebirth. Also, at the time of this holiday, the Sun is in sensual Taurus, which is ruled by Venus the planet ruling love and beauty.

Anniversary of the Waco Texas Tragedy: Today is the anniversary of two separate tragedies, one of which exists as a mirror image of the other — I am speaking of The Waco Texas Tragedy that occurred on April 19th, 1993, which involved The Branch Davidian Church. The church was founded by David Koresh (Vernon Wayne Howell).

Anniversary of the Oklahoma Bombing: The other tragedy which occurred on the same (April 19th) in 1995, when American soldier, Timothy McVeigh bombed the Oklahoma Federal Building, in Oklahoma City, crime for which he was later executed on June 11, 2001.

According to historic interviews with McVeigh, the bombing took place as his personal protest against what he felt to be the US Government’s involvement in the incident at Waco, Texas.

Astrological Ramifications: I find it interesting, but not surprising that so much violence tends to occur during the Astrological time period under the rulership of Aries, the sign of the Ram. Aries the (also known as Ares) is the Roman God of War, Bloodshed and Violence.

Beginning in 1993, there has been an increasingly numerous amount of massacres of innocent people in the United States, due to the personal religious and social philosophies of eccentric individuals like Koresh, McVeigh and others.

In the meantime, let us remember the innocent and the fallen who were unwitting victims in these national tragedies.

Within the last several weeks, listeners of my Psychic Podcast heard my predictions regarding the violent chaos that would present itself before April 19th, 2007 — when Jupiter, Saturn and Pluto would all be in retrograde motion. Unfortunately, my predictions have proven all too true.

Today, in respect of all the victims of the Virginia Tech Massacre, I offer this healing invocation, from Liber XV, from The Holy Books of Thelema, written by the Master Therion:
