Get Thee Behind Me, Venus in Scorpio!

November 18th, 2006 by Voxx

Gone are the intense, mind/sex games many of you have experienced while Venus was playing the bitch in Scorpio (the sign of its detriment), since October 24th.

Even the most hard-headed skeptics of Astrology will have to agree that Venus’ stay in “evil-spawn” Scorpio has made for some pretty nasty breakups and sex scandals lately. Here’s the current list of Venus in Scorpio Meltdowns

The Venus in Scorpio Casualty List

1) Whitney & Bobby: The Not-So-Greatest-Love of All!

It all seemed to start with the much-awaited sound of Whitney Houston’s Jimmy Choo heels kicking Bobby Brown to the curb once and for all.

2) Reese & Ryan: D-I-V-O-R-C-E!

Then it all went South when Miss Reese’s fell to pieces after checking Ryan’s Batphone and finding it full of sexy messages that weren’t addressed to “Ms. Oscar-Winning Actress”. Guess Ryan never learned to Walk the Line. Maybe Reese will decide to play Tammy Wynette in a run for Oscar Number 2!

3) Splitney & Fed-Ex: Bet she’d like to hit him one more time!

Don’t you think it’s weird that Splitney’s biggest hits had such prophetic titles? For instance …

* “Hit Me Baby (One More Time)”
* “Oops, I Did It Again!”
* “I’m a Slave 4 U”
* “Toxic” (this is her last hit before hookin’ up with the Postman).

I’m just sayin’! Anyway, for all of you out there who are new to the study of Astrology, maybe you’ll realize it’s not just coincidence.

Remember to come back and see what I have to say about Splitney and Fed-Ex’s upcoming “Divorce Spectacular!” Of course, we really do hope the kids involved in all of these scandals will be okay.

Hey celebrities! Why don’t you give me a call before you get married next time?!

Astrology of an Earthquake

November 17th, 2006 by Voxx

No doubt you’ve all heard by now about the undersea earthquake that happened on Wednesday, November 15th. The quake struck at 6:15 a.m. EST (8:15 pm, Tokyo Time), about 245 miles East of the island known in Japan as Etorofu, in the Kuril Islands. Other reports stated that the quake happened near Kunashiri Island.

Ever the night-owl, I just happened to be awake when the news of the quake came over the internet, and I decided to cast the Astrological Chart for Japan and the earthquake to see if I could identify any Planetary factors. Here’s my Astrological take on what caused the quake (and ensuing mini-tsunami): Read More

Pagan War Widows Demand Justice

November 14th, 2006 by Voxx

Pagan war widows are currently demanding to have their religious iconography included on the tombstones of their war hero husbands.

Members of all other religions have the sacred emblems of their respective religions carved upon their tombstones, i.e., crosses for Christians; Stars of David for those of the Hebrew faith, etc. The icon the Pagans desire to decorate their spouses gravemarkers with is the Pentagram within a circle — a longtime symbol of the ancient faith.

After visiting many a cemetery over the years, it’s always made me wonder why the Pentagram has been overlooked as a symbol of faith. I’m very glad to espouse the cause of these women. For more on the subject visit this link to the Pagan War Widows Story.

Tarot Info

November 14th, 2006 by Voxx

I’m going to spend a good deal of space on this site getting deeply into my lifelong study and use of the sacred Tarot (aka “The Book of Thoth”).

I’ll be exploring the History of the Tarot, but even more importantly, the deeper meanings of the cards and how to interpret them with amazing detail and depth. I look forward to receiving questions on one of my most favoriate subjects of all.

Check back for an introduction on the basics of the Tarot. Also, please check out my Tarot Class Syllabus if you’re interested.
